Cryptids

I really can’t point to a specific thing that drew me to my love for Cryptids. It could have been Patty from the Patterson-Gimlin film. It could have been The Legend of Boggy Creek. It could have been The Gillman from The Creature of The Black Lagoon.

Dogmen fascinate me. They are not Wendigo nor are they Lycan. They are a unique terrifying Cryptid that is seen more and more. Many believe the reason for the increase in sightings is that we are encroaching on the woods that they have always called home.

There are programs I subscribe to on this subject. Here are my favorites.

Hosted by Vic Cundiff, the program is presented well and is very thought provoking. Vic treats his guests with respect and compassion. In many instances, people have nowhere to turn to discuss the trauma they feel after crossing paths.
